Warren Buffett and Bill Gates, famously known for building billionaire empires within the worlds of investing and computing respectively, sat down last month with Charlie Rose for a lengthy discourse at Columbia University.
They covered a range of topics, inspirations and insights from business, education, tackling unemployment, healthcare reform, improving countries, encouraging innovation, and relationships.
Of the many things these friends shared in common, one particular nugget (of many!) stood out… Warren Buffett, at the age of 86, still reads about 5-6 hours per day!
This in particularly emphasises the point that our success has a unique correlation to the degree our souls prosper based on the quality input we give our minds through reading, listening and other types of learning.
